Warranty

Urbn Scooter provide a warranty of up to 1 year on all Electric Scooters. Warranty cover does vary depending on the brand, time frame, and only covers manufacturing faults and not that of misuse or wear and tear.  Urbn Scooter ask you inspect all delivered and notify us within 24 hours at urbnscooter@gmail.com or our contact form on www.urbnscooter.com. Electric Scooter Warranty 0 - 30 Days

Urbn Scooter will provide full warranty of Electric Scooters up to 30 days should there be a manufacturing fault. This does not cover general misuse or wear and tear and product must be as delivered. Please do check your goods upon opening. Spare parts may be requested if support case has been approved by manufacturer.

 

Electric Scooter Warranty After 30 to 90 Days

Between 1 to 3 months, you may return your scooter if there is a technical fault due to a manufacturing issue and not from misuse. Urbn Scooter manufacturers will fix the issue free of charge but shipping will be at the cost of the customer. If returning by shipping, it is vital you pay for tracked shipping. If your goods are lost in transit, we take no responsibly until it enters the manufacturers premises. Alternatively, it may be the case where we can send the component(s) directly to you. Spare parts may be requested if support case has been approved by manufacturer.


Electric Scooter Warranty After 90 to 365 Days

Between 3 to 12 months, you may return your scooter if there is a technical fault due to a manufacturing issue and not from misuse. Urbn Scooter manufacturers will provide free labour to fix the issue where the cost of components and shipping is at the expense of the customer. Again, we highly recommend purchasing tracked shipping as Urbn Scooter will not be held accountable for any loss or further damage of goods in transit. Spare parts may be requested if support case has been approved by manufacturer.

 

Fiido Electric Bikes

Fiido Electric Bikes are subject to 1 year limited manufacturers warranty. This covers technical faults due to a manufacturing issue and not from misuse. Should there be an issue please send a detailed description AND video of the fault to urbnscooter@gmail.com. Once this is received we will open a support case on your behalf and await the outcome. 

If it is deemed to be a manufacturer fault Fiido Manufacturer will process and send a new part or request bike is returned for further inspection.
