Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at urbnscooter@gmail.com or through the contact form on the site where we will process your request. If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how to organize a refund or replacement and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Other Issues

Once you have received your purchase, we advise that you thoroughly inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in any way or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on goods without issue or damage. Please be aware any wearable good such as helmets will not be returned but may be refunded if accepted once contacted.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received your return and begin the inspection process. Once this process is complete, we will be in contact to let you know if the refund was has been accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your refund is rejected, we will outline the reasoning behind the decision.


Electric Scooter Returns After 30 to 90 Days

Between 1 to 3 months, you may return your scooter if there is a technical fault due to a manufacturing issue and not from misuse. Urbn Scooter manufacturers will fix the issue free of charge but shipping will be at the cost of the customer. If returning by shipping, it is vital you pay for tracked shipping. If your goods are lost in transit, we take no responsibly until it enters the manufacturers premises. Alternatively, it may be the case where we can send the component(s) directly to you.


Electric Scooter Returns After 90 to 365 Days

Between 3 to 12 months, you may return your scooter if there is a technical fault due to a manufacturing issue and not from misuse. Urbn Scooter manufacturers will provide free labour to fix the issue where the cost of components and shipping is at the expense of the customer. Again, we highly recommend purchasing tracked shipping as Urbn Scooter will not be held accountable for any loss or further damage of goods in transit.
